LALA’s Greek Smoothies (recipe and review)

Disclosure: This is not a compensated post. I was provided with free samples to write a review, however all opinions are my own.

LALA greek 2Summer is here! Time for outdoor adventures, beach,  grilling and refreshing drinks. And talking about refreshing drinks…I found one that me and my family really enjoy.

LALA’s Greek Smoothies! Yes, that’s right! a Greek smoothie full of protein, calcium and overall great flavor.  LALA’s Greek Smoothies are low in fat, they are gluten free and made with real fruit.

Unlike regular yogurt, Greek yogurt is higher in protein, therefore it will keep you full longer.

LALA yogurt1It has a smooth consistency and it comes in a 6.7 oz. bottle which makes it perfect on the go.

LALA yogurt It comes in different flavors!

viviLALA And kids love it!

Make a LALA’s Greek Smoothie shake for extra nutrients and fiber.

Recipe:

  • 1 bottle LALA’s Greek Smoothie, peach flavor
  • 3 fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • ice

Blend all ingredients and serve immediately.

Enjoy!
