How to throw an “End of Summer” Fiesta

Disclosure: This is not a compensated post. I was provided with free samples to write a review, however all opinions are my own.

nestle-fiveLadies and gentlemen, Labor Day is approaching which means Summer is almost over 🙁 but at the same time is a great opportunity to throw an “End of Summer Fiesta”.

A couple of weeks ago Nestlé®  reached out to me and sent me samples of their new Nestlé® Pure Life® Exotics™ Sparkling water. I was so happy! I love sparkling water and this was the perfect opportunity to include these drinks in one of my recipes for a Summer Fiesta.nestle-collage

There’s nothing better than getting together with family and friends.  So today I want to share some tips, thanks to Nestlé®, about how to throw the perfect Summer Party.

Go with the potluck route. Pick a food theme like, “Mexican Fiesta” or “Picaderas” and ask your family and friends to bring a dish related to the party theme.

Keep it simple. Simple décor, use disposable tableware and barware. Keep it somewhat elegant with some fresh flowers and candles.

Offer refreshing drinks. Make a Sangria and right before serving add some Nestlé® Pure Life® Exotics™ Tangerine  to make it bubbly; or make ice cubes with Exotic Sparking Water and some berries  instead of regular water.nestle-4 nestle-two

Don’t forget the Music and Games. We latinos love to dance but we also love to play fun games when we get together. A piñata would be a great idea for an outdoor party.

And last but not least…. Enjoy! Summer time should be about that, spending time with your love ones.

What kind of Fiesta are you planning for this Labor Day?

Happy Summer!

Johanny

Looks great! I love the ice-cube idea, deft adds a spark to any drink or even plan water. Can’t wait to try 🙂
