These Graham crackers covered in chocolate and colorful sprinkles are perfect for the holidays. Even your kids can help you in the kitchen.
All you need is semi-sweet chocolate, Graham crackers (halved) and Sprinkles.
On medium-low heat, melt the chocolate over a double boiler; stir until smooth. Turn off the heat.
Dip each cracker in the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
Place the crackers on a wax paper lined cookie sheet and add the sprinkles. Chill until firm.
Enjoy these crackers with a nice glass of milk.
