Since then, I have created so many bread variations, from Banana-nut bread to Carrot bread with walnuts! The possibilities are endless.

Since apples are in season, this is the perfect recipe for the Fall.

I haven’t tried this yet, but it looks great…I have another apple bread recipe that has the option of adding 1/2 tsp. almond extract. I’ve done that & it was really good, & not overpowering…going to try it with this one!

Can I use almond flour? If so, how much do I need? Thanks

Hi Angela! Thanks for stopping by. I have never tried this recipe with almond flour; if you use almond flour, you would have to add more ingredients such as eggs and other ingredients to make the recipe similar to the original. The good thing is that there are many vegan and gluten-free recipes on the world wide web!
