Semi-Homemade Pepperoni Pizza

The most delicious homemade pizza that you and your family will surely enjoy.

pizza-five

My husband loves to have pizza dough in the freezer (this is actually his idea) for a quick weeknight meal.  You can find the dough in any supermarket or better yet, your local pizzeria.

This recipe is so easy to make and I love the fact that I can add any toppings. We love the traditional pepperoni pizza with homemade marinara sauce but feel free to use the store-bought sauce if homemade is not available.

In this post I will show step by step how to make this delicious pizza.

pizza-dough-two - CopyIf frozen, defrost according to package directions. Once defrost sprinkle with flour before handling.

pizza-one Extend the dough with your hands and place in pizza pan that has been greased with olive oil.

pizza-threeCover the whole pizza with marinara sauce. Here is the recipe for the homemade sauce.

pizza-fourAdd your favorite toppings and place in the oven at 400° Fahrenheit for approx. 20 minutes.

Hope you like this easy pizza as much as we did!
