ensalada de quinoa

La quinoa, es un grano alto en proteina, que facilmente puede sustituir al arroz o cualquier otro grano.

Trata esta refrescante ensalada de quinoa que la puedes acompañar con pescado o pollo.

Ingredientes:

  • 1 taza de quinoa
  • 2 tazas de agua
  • 1 cebolla pequeña, picada en cubos
  • 1 pimiento, picado en cubos
  • 1 tomate, picado en cubos
  • 1/2 cucharadita de sal
  • 3 cucharadas de cilantro, picadito
  • 2 cucharadas de limon fresco

Preparación: combine la quinoa con las dos tazas de agua y sal en una olla para hacer arroz. Colocar en la estufa a fuego alto. Cuando comiense a hervir, tapar y bajar el fuego. Deje cocinar lentamente por unos 15 minutos. Revolviendo una vez. La quinoa debe estar tierna al molder. La concistencia parecida al arroz. En otro bowl mezcle el resto de los ingredientes. Agregar la quinoa ya cocida y dejar enfriar en la nevera por unos 20 minutos antes de servir.

Yesterday I had the opportunity to cook dinner wit Yesterday I had the opportunity to cook dinner with  celebrity @chefmarcmurphy hosted by @thefeedfeed founder Julie Resnik. We made fusilli pasta and the sauce was made with @tuttorossotomatoes, porcini mushrooms, garlic, cream... omg! Delicious❤️
