Preheat the oven to 350°
In a large bowl, whisk together the evaporated milk, condensed milk, eggs, cardamom, and vanilla.
Add the cubed bread and raisins to the egg mixture and coat it evenly. Let it sit for 20 to 30 minutes.
Grease the bottom of a 20X20X5.
Add the bread mixture to the greased pan and bake for about 45 minutes or until pudding is completely set. Serve with syrup for breakfast or with vanilla ice cream if eating as a dessert.
