To caramelized the onions
Heat two tablespoons of oil in a large pan over medium heat, add the onions, stirring every few minutes until onions are golden brown. Set aside.
To make the open sandwiches
Heat the oven at 400° F
Hand or fork-split the Thomas'® Original Nooks and Crannies® English Muffins in half. Line a sheet with foil and place English muffins halves. Top with ham slices, shredded cheese, and caramelized onions
Bake for about 3 to 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
