Grilled or baked spicy sausage

This is a no-brainer dish. I love to pair it with pasta or grilled onions and peppers for a hearty Italian sandwich.

Here’s how…

In the oven: Preheat the oven at 350°F. Place the sausages in a cast iron skillet or a baking sheet. Place them in the oven for 45 Minutes or until internal temperature reach 160° F….Done!

Grilled: Place the sausages on a grill until internal temperature reach 160° F.

Garlic Bread/Tostadas con ajo

 

Ok…Be Prepared…Today I’m going to share one ( Tomorrow I’ll share another one) of the easiest recipes ever. Literally!

Ok…Preparense… hoy les voy a mostrar una (Mañana les muestro la otra) de las recetas mas fácil que pueden preparar. Literalmente!

This what you need…

Esto es lo que necesitan…

One Loaf of French Bread

Un pan Francés

Cut into 1 inch slices

Rebanado en pedazos de una pulgada

Place into a baking sheet

Colocarlos en una bandeja de hornear

Mix 4 Tbsp. of softened butter with 2 garlic cloves, crushed.

Mezcle 4 Cucharadas de mantequilla blanda con 2 dientes de ajo triturados.

Spread the garlic-butter on both side of the bread. Place in the oven at 350°F for about 8 Minutes. Turning once.

Cubra el pan con la mantequilla de ajo en ambos lados. Póngalo en el horno a 350°F alrededor de 8 minutos. Voltearlos una vez.

Voila! Fresh Yummy garlic bread.

Delicioso pan con ajo.
