Feliz Cinco de Mayo! In commemoration of the Battle of Puebla or “Cinco de Mayo” as we know it; I made this tomatillo green salsa. This recipe is from a dear friend that was kind enough to share it with me.
The sauce is a mix of tomatillos & cilantro, among other ingredients…Thanks to Betty Piper for this recipe. I will sure make this again. Enjoy this recipe with some enchiladas, as a dip or when you need to add extra flavor to your food.
