Mamey Shake: A colorful, sweet and refreshing drink perfect for the summer.
Serves: 2 to 3 cups
  • 1 cup of fresh or frozen mamey, peeled and pitted.
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • ½ cup of ice
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Taste and add more sugar or ice if necessary.
